A 40-year-old African mother gave birth to 44 children. African woman Mariam Nabatanzi gave birth to her twins at the age of barely 13 years old. She is regarded as the most fertile woman on earth.
In Uganda, East Africa, the woman is referred to as Mama Uganda by her people. After being married off at the age of 12, Nabatanzi’s birth-giving odyssey began. She had been sold by her parents, and a year later she gave birth to a child.

When Nabatanzi went to the doctor, the medical staff informed her that she had hyperovulation because of her abnormally large ovaries. The physicians told her that because birth control tablets would seriously harm her health, she should never use them.
