Reacting to these viral videos, Hareem Shah has claimed that these videos were leaked by her friends Ayesha Naz and Sandal Khattak. She further said that I was already suspicious of Ayesha Naz and before making these videos viral, she had even said that she would make my videos viral on social media, so I filed an FIA against her. A complaint was also filed in FIA but at that time no action was taken against Ayesha Naz.

Hareem Shah’s husband Bilal says, “Hareem told me that she filed a complaint with the FIA before these videos went viral but FIA asked to wait until the material is made public. We will soon come to Pakistan and take legal action against the opponents.” Sandal Khattak denies the allegations and claims in a private TV interview that Hareem Shah leaked her own videos to gain fame. Sandal says, “Hareem’s boyfriend films the video and Hareem leaked the videos herself for fame.” She further added, “Hareem has previously stated that her boyfriend is the one who films the videos, but now she is saying that her husband has done it.”
